1. DBPR Division of Condominiums, Timeshares & Mobile Homes public-records extracts (download page): condo_CE, Condo_CW, Condo_MD, Condo_NF and condo_PB CSV files, about 27,975 condo projects. DBPR publishes these free under Chapter 119, F.S. Files appear to refresh weekly. Fields are shown as published.
2. DBPR SIRS Reporting Database (link): published only as an interactive dashboard, with no bulk download. We do not copy SIRS status. Every condo page links to it instead.
3. Palm Beach County PZB milestone inspection layer (ArcGIS REST): 289 building records for unincorporated Palm Beach County. 131 were matched to a DBPR project by normalized name. Matches are approximate.
4. OPPAGA Report 26-04 (July 2026), with statewide totals for milestone inspections.

Processing

We remove duplicate records by DBPR Project Number. City is taken from the project address, or from the managing-entity city when the address has none. Each page shows the extract date. Last data build: 2026-10-15T20:08:12. We never edit or interpret status values. The official DBPR record always governs.

Known gaps

• No SIRS filing status (see above).
• Milestone data covers only unincorporated Palm Beach County. Cities and other counties keep their own records.
• The extracts don’t include building height or stories, so we can’t tell which projects require a SIRS (3+ habitable stories).
• Some addresses have no city.
